OUR HISTORY


The STATEMENT Company was established in 1995 and continues to have substantial growth. By the year 2000,  we had customers nationwide and in 2002 we opened an office in Tucson, Arizona to better serve the Western United States. As of 2008, we had 500 customers in more than 30 states.


In addition to geographical growth, we have continually expanded the services that we provide to our customers and our employees. We are constantly improving our facilities by purchasing new equipment and technologies.  One of our newer, more significant investments is a camera-based mail integrity system that examines and counts each statement after it is inserted to make sure every statement is accounted for.



Although Financial Institution processing was the focus early in our history, we have expanded our services to include brokers, medical billing, businesses and casinos.

The STATEMENT Company recognizes the importance of building unique relationships in the business world. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive philosophy that promotes the needs of our customers and our employees. This simple philosophy encourages strong communication, awareness and security between our customers and our employees. As we go into our 14th year of business, it is no surprise that many of our original customers and employees are still with us! We have succeeded because our employees are unmatched in dedication and expertise, and because we have been able to continuously exceed the expectations of our customers.

When The STATEMENT Company was established in 1995, providing excellent customer service was our priority. Our Customer Service Philosophy Statement was one of the first documents that we drew up and we continue to follow it to this day.
